Meet Natalie

Natalie is the visionary Founder and CEO of Your Teacher Tutors, formerly known as Maryland Teacher Tutors, a renowned tutoring company catering to families, corporations, and educational institutions across the U.S. Within just five years of running her business, she transformed from a one-person endeavor to a thriving community of 250 YTT staff members.

Natalie started her career as a public school teacher and after 8 years in the classroom and another 3 years teaching in higher education, Nat decided she wanted to expand her impact beyond the four walls of her classroom.

In 2015, her tutoring company enterprise was born. With over 500+ staff members currently, Natalie’s background as a teacher equips her to coach and consult with clarity and intuitiveness. Beyond her dedication to education, Natalie is involved in other diverse, entrepreneurial ventures. Together with her husband Chris, she owns several real-estate investment properties and AirBNB rentals in & out of Maryland.

Additionally, Natalie is co-founder and Director of Operations at Cinergy Media Group (CMG), a dynamic venture she embarked on with her partner Trevor Chin. Specializing in photo & video-production services, CMG assists business owners in elevating their online presence, brand awareness, and providing them with the essential visual content needed to stand out in a noisy online world.

Natalie's multifaceted endeavors extend beyond the realm of entrepreneurship. She finds immense joy in her role as a devoted wife, mother, and GiGi to her husband, two adult children, and two grand-babies, who serve as constant sources of inspiration in her quest to achieve the extraordinary.
